Relax in our on-site pool and spa, located adjacent to the Marina office. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are included.

A full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave oven is open to tenants of the Marina, and may be reserved with the adjacent marina clubhouse through the Sales and Catering Office.

The large marina clubhouse is available for tenants at Newport Dunes Marina, and may be reserved for parties and events through the Sales and Catering Department.

The Waterpark on the lagoon offers inflatable rides for the kids in the Summer, and Paddle Board, Pedal Boat and Electric Boat rentals.
